Founded by Dr. Mary Olson and Dr. Jim Miller in May 2008 in the rural farming community of Windom, Minnesota.
Damon Weinandt
Administrative Director
Damon Weinandt was named Reinbows Inc. Administrative Director in August 2013. Damon holds a degree in Broad Area Business from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Damon worked in hotel management, hospital security, as an elementary paraprofessional, and served as the Director of the Windom Area Chamber of Commerce. His experiences transfer exceptionally well working with kids, senior citizens, and managing the day-to-day operations at Reinbows. In his spare time he enjoys art, disc golfing, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.

Madison Green
Summer Assistant
Madison will be a senior at Windom Area High School where she participates in National Honor Society. She is involved in dance and enjoys to figure skate and spending time with family and friends in her free time. Madison previously worked at Reinbows and is looking forward to Good Samaritan Parades and a fun summer!

Lucy Stevens
Summer Assistant
Originally from Windom, Lucy will be a senior at the University of South Dakota where she majors in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She plans to attend law school after graduation and pursue a career with government agencies. In her spare time she enjoys running, kayaking, and spending time with her animals. Lucy has previously worked at Reinbows and is looking forward to the Open Houses and Good Samaritan Parades!

Ava Van Norman
Summer Assistant
Ava will be a Junior at Windom Area High School where she participates in soccer, track, musical, and speech. In her spare time she enjoys art, dance, and spending time with friends. Ava previously worked as a Reinbows volunteer and has attended summer horse programs at Reinbows. She is excited to be working at Reinbows and is looking forward to expanding her skill set, learning more about horses, and helping kids.
